A Celebration of Women in the Profession!

The National Board of Directors of Women in Insurance and Financial Services invites you to attend their Celebration of Women Breakfast. Held during NAIFA's 2019 Performance + Purpose Conference, this special breakfast session is for both women and men who want to know more about WIFS resources, programs and its mission to attract, develop and advance women in the insurance and financial services profession. This year's breakfast features:

Be Part of the Change You Want to See
with Michelle Harm, MBA, RICP®

One of the greatest challenges facing the number of women in the insurance and financial services profession is retention. Companies have historically focused more on recruitment than retention and there’s a difference between hiring women and positioning them for success. With a lack of women in C-suite positions, less access to senior leaders to serve as mentors or advocates, and women believing performance is the strongest driver of advancement, far too many women are leaving this industry. Join us for this session to help identify some of the key barriers for women along with tangible ways you can be part of the change you want to see.
